General Business Terms
GlaciGo offers guided tours and private transfers throughout Iceland. By booking any of our services, the customer agrees to the following general terms and conditions. All tours and transfers are operated in accordance with Icelandic law and regulations set by the Icelandic Tourist Board.
Bookings can be made directly through our website or via approved partners such as Viator, GetYourGuide, or Bókun. Prices are listed in Icelandic króna (ISK) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Full refund: for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
- No refund: for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time or in case of no-show.
- Weather or safety cancellations: In the rare event of tour cancellation due to extreme weather or safety reasons, guests may choose between rescheduling or a full refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. - GlaciGo does not charge a separate confirmation fee
Delivery Time
Confirmation of services (tour, transfer, or photography experience) is delivered immediately after online payment. Guests will receive a confirmation email including tour details and contact information.
Privacy Policy
GlaciGo respects your privacy. Personal data collected during booking (such as name, contact details, and payment information) is used solely for processing reservations and ensuring safe and personalized experiences.
We do
not share your data with third parties except when necessary to fulfill your booking (e.g. with payment processors or tour partners).
You may contact us anytime at info@glacigo.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Iceland. Any disputes arising from services provided by GlaciGo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Reykjavík.
